Busse in arctic Sweden (pic heavy)

Wow, nearly 15 miles a day average in that country. Also looks like scant fuel for fires for much of it. That was difficult, I have no doubt. Thanks for sharing.

Beautiful! Thank you for the pictures.

Thanks for all your comments!

It truly was an amazing trip.

As for using my knife?
No, didn't use it once. At all!

We had big plans for making fires and chilling out at night, so I brougt the knife for splitting wood for kindling.
However, that area up there, kicked our behinds so bad, that we went to bed at 8 pm each night, and fell asleep in a heartbeat.

The only knife I got to use, was my 25 year old Alox SAK. It is attached to my firesteel, and was used to throw sparks to ignite my Jetboil. And I used it to cut some cordage and small branches.

lol, typical. I went on a similar adventure in the Ozarks last year and my BATAC never left the sheath. I used my Manix 2 for everything for food prep and preparing some small game. But, if I did it over the Busse would still be with me, cause you never know. amazing pictures, wish I had some buddies who were willing to travel more.
