Busse kin....Pork....Chili....Oh My!!

Looking good.... made these about a week ago.

Thin sliced pork, jalepeno, cheddar, wrapped in bacon and smoked over mesquite. Heaven in a blanket...

Wondering if you couldn't start with dry beans. Takes them all day to cook.
 
Think I will fry up some chops tonight. I have a seasoned flour mix down just about perfect.
 
Nice job! I do a lot of cooking and never had pork in my chili either, but I will soon!
