Busse Knives as Fighters?

Andy, let us in on the secrets of the Busse vault.

Give us your discontinued, your less than INFI, your closeouts, your prototypes, your knives without sheaths for you have stumbled upon a den of lionlike collectors and the hungriest most active knife forum around.

Also, what's the story behind the names of each model?

Thanks for your kind invitation Smoke. I have many knives arriving for sale around January 15th, so I plan on having a significant and dynamic web presence by that time...pics and descriptions galore.

I LOVE participating on this forum and thank the members and administrators for making it so fun and lucrative to do business.

If you notice, Busse always names his knives with two words...why, I don't know. He has an extensive academic background, particularly in theater, which is why he is so fun to meet and talk with.

The Steel Heart was named from a Shakespeare sonnet where soldiers were being charged to ..."Steel their Hearts before battle". As far as the other ones, I think he was just being creative.

As far as what I have in stock that might be of some interest beyond the standard line, I currently have...

(1) Busse Katana - 33" OAL in INFI $3,500
(1) Badger Attack from a special run of 5/16th A-2 $247
(1) Steel Heart Variant...a Searle type bowie with a 7.5" INFI Blade and 1.5" of serrations near the ricasso. $400

Andy
