Busse knives in movies.

You can only have 2 desires in seeing more Busse knives in movies.

1. You have too many Busse blades now and Jerry has you on speed-dial. More publicity means your collection goes up in value and makes it easier to cash out later.

2. You don't have nearly enough Busse blades and you'd prefer they were kept "quiet" for a year or three longer for you to acquire more. . . before the "secret" got out.

LOL

The fact that they use nice guns is admirable but often they do not use them correctly. Too many movies, and tv shows, to list that display 1911s shooting but without the hammer ever being cocked.

Or the sound effect of someone cocking the hammer on a Glock.:p

That always makes me laugh.

i've said it in a couple of other threads before but i'm still hoping Busse makes an appearance in the upcoming "Machete" !

:thumbup::thumbup:

I wish if they make new roman era film, they would equip some guy with Busse Combat Gladius as easter egg :D That would be cool :D

I heard a rumor at Blade about some upcoming film with a guy toting a B-11 while going down the Amazon. Maybe Jerry can enlighten us?

I did a quick search and didn’t find any mentioning of Busse knives in movies, so I figured I’d start one up.

Here is one for the upcoming Predators (or at least I think it’s a Busse):

After further review by this committee, it was determined this is NOT a Busse.

Sweet....

Perhaps a little commercial might be in order to increase the exposure of the product.
I suggest something along the lines of Miller Lite adds:

A Guy in an Outdoor Store: Can I have a camping knife, please..
Pretty Girl with Big….eyes: Sure, do you care what steel the knife is made of and how well it holds the edge?
The Guy: No, I really don’t care ……
Pretty Girl w/Big….eyes: Ok, here we go…..lose your skirt and I'll give you a Busse.

I second that! That commercial would be freakin sweet!!

im watching the movie faster right now and ive got it paused on the handle of a positive match for a BUSSE and a Scrapyard. Not sure which models they are, my pause has em locked on the handles mainly not the blades.
I remember a few movies which I thought were probably busses, but the one i remember the most is the miniseries the walking dead. The character Daryl Dixon played by Norman Reedus carries a Busse. Im not sure its been a while since I saw the episode where they show it, and i cant find any good pictures but i think it was a Steel Heart

not great but you can see the full tang

there is the handle

again the handle

I took some screenshots of the movie faster. I origionally only saw one busse and one scrapyard, now i count 4 busses on scrapyard, what looks like a coldsteel, and one unidentified to me.

Ill try to upload them later, my computers acting up

I'm a big "Supernatural" fan on CW , Sam&Dean always carry what seems to be choppers - 10" blades , but I don't recall seeing the handle. Anyone here know? Jerry should send a couple of blades to the show to use - it has a huge fan base.

It was too fast on TV, but it looked like there COULD be some BUSSE's in Wanted. Hanging on "Dad's" wall near the end. Looked like basic handles.

Gosh what a funny movie, tho.

As stated prior by another forum member; a Busse was used on the series "Walking Dead" season 1--however, not sure which model???

...Maybe a Team Gemini...???

Yup, I think Norman Reedus had a team Gemini and a crossbow.

...I'm gonna have to go with option #2!
