Busse Merch Fashion Parade Photos Thread

Yes just ordered a big box of shirts last night myself...the WHOLE family are now to be clothed by Busse..... :D

I just realised my photos aren't showing because I deleted my photobucket account. I'll get em back up.
 
I ordered one with the same design that Rob is wearing in this picture, and mine looks nothing like that. The lettering across the top is almost totally black, as is the rest of the image for that matter. Not impressed at all with the spreadshirt.com printing process.

I'm wondering if they use a few different print suppliers? It's seeming to be a bit hit and miss :/

Do you have a pic of the tshirt you could post please? It sounds to me like they have printed it without putting a white base down first.
 
Its hosted on Photobucket. If you click on the image then select view original, you can see that there is very little detail in the image. It actually shows up lighter in a photo than it does in person.

Hmmmm. I really can't explain why it's like that short of actually looking at the physical printing process at spreadshirt unfortunately :(

It could be any number of things like the print heads could be clogged during the colour pass or a low or empty ink tank ie: black or cyan. Or the white base is not opaque enough. Or the colour pass has bled into the white base. Who knows, I'm only guessing.

Have you sent a note to spreadshirt about it?
 
I'm still trying to figure out if I want to go through that hassle. One of the other users here on the forums with the same shirt and same issue contacted them through the website requesting info, but all they did was send him a return label without any sort of explanation.

Of the other two I got, the anatomy of a busse came out the best. It has a pretty good image with just a bit of gray overlaying the white lettering. The middle quality one which is the steel heart no regrets is good, not quite as good as the anatomy of a busse, but not as bad as the one above. The top Busse Combat lettering on it is almost totally white, and the no regrets lettering is white on the outsides, with a bit of gray in the middle. Both of these others have a lot more color in them than this one does.

Yeah, I know that it is impossible to tell what the problem is from where your at. It just ticks me off that they apparently have no quality control.
 
I ordered a whole box of stuff. Spreadshirt certainly don't have the same quality control as Busse.
