Wow from comments over at the Scrapyard I completely misread your preference for thin INFI.
 
considering the aftermarket markup on Busse knives, after they leave production, it is almost guaranteed to be a good investment.

"thin" by Busse standards is still thick by normal knife standards. If you're talking about the comments I think you are, they were more directed towards super thin, razor edges and crazy thin slicer knives. When you get it really really thin, INFI rolls pretty easily (ask me how I know this, after getting a little too greedy on the belt sander one time....)

3/16 is not REALLY REALLY thin. But it's a heck of a lot better than the obnoxious .275 on my FSH.
