Found this very old picture of my Murf with his buddy Bailey, sure miss these two....

My two best buds ever, My Mini-me, my daughter, and the Murf

Typical Murf, watching to make sure we were ok.

And heres a good Cheyenne pic. He likes to watch me work from inside my workbench. He's quite the silly boy.....

There's a hole in my heart where you clawed your way into it! I miss ya girl!

I'm sorry to hear about your loss, its hard to lose someone. Pets are a part of the family. She is very beautiful.

Thanks y'all! I've cried more over her than the last 2 relatives I've buried!

She is in a place filled with unlimited amounts of bacon and chew toys  It's always hard losing your pet. They definitely become a part of your family.

sorry for your loss Bowman.

Thanks everybody! I grew up on a farm so I'm quite familiar with the circle of life & all that. I've had to eat pet steer growin' up, so I never really got attached to an animal like I did her! She was mistreated before she became a member of our family. When we first got her, she'd love for me to pet her, but she'd nip my wrists when I'd pet her. It took over a year but she finally trusted me enough to quit, and she loved me to death. My wife pointed out how bad she had me trained, that everytime she'd start talkin' to me, I'd take her a milk bone. My male dog's mournin' her almost as bad as I have been. We had a trip planned to Myrtle beach next week, but at this point, we've given it to a friend, and my wife found a litter of pups down in Alabama. Looks like we're gonna go down Monday & get my male a new playmate. Nothing will ever replace Hershey, but I'm hopin' he'll take to a new German short hair tellin' him what to do.

Well, she won't replace my Hershey, but I guess the wife & I honored national dog day. We're from western NC, but drove to Alabama last night after work to pick up Lady.
