I like blade with a hollow grind, they slice well. Busse deep dish hollow are drop dead georgeous, this duplex grind is unreal

Because there aren't that many of them, and there won't be from this weeks run either. How many hollow grinds do you see as thick as this one? They are awesome looking to boot.

I also like them because they are a contradiction in terms of sorts. Kind of like why the square butt snub nose K frame is my favorite revolver.

Others may have different reasons but those are some of mine.
