Busse calls the finish double cut, which I believe to be the same or similar to bead blast, but some one who knows more than I do will have to chime in. Email me if you have any questions.

I'm pretty sure DOUBLE CUT refers to the texture on the grips. I was noticing the difference between the SAR 8 and the bright blade above it in the pic. I think that one is what Busse would call satin, but I may be wrong - it could be their Special Edition finish. Anyone know for sure?
 
In the Busse Combat World, Double cut is used to describe the blade finish which is what you see on this particular SAR 8. And if you do some internet search you'll find that DC = Bead Blasted. Good luck.

Back up and down to $500.

If I remember correctly, my cost on this is $472. Shipping and insurance & paypal will run me close to $20, so I'm right at cost on this one. The double cut is so sweet, but it's just not something that I see myself using. She needs to go to a good home where she be loved/abused;)

Guys, $475 is $3 over my cost. I'm losing money on shipping & insurance at this price, not to mention that I'll cover the paypal. Don't think we'll see anymore black micarta and double cut at the store again...
