I am only aware of the Mojo/Mofo series. Any more recurve models out there? Why so few?

Where is Lil' Foo? Didn't he have quite an awesome collection of recurved Busse's?
 
There are a few out there like the Bolo and FBM Bowie Proto. There are a lot of other one of a kinds. It might be harder to sharpen so more of them have straight blades. Not a lot of people like the re-curves but some really love them too!
 
ST-56, Ripper, SOW, BOLO, MOJO's, MOFO's, SK's, Jungle Assault, TM, and many of the show blades. Recurved Desert NO-e, FSH's on and on. There has been quit a few to tell the truth, granted most of them are not production runs but quit a few none the less. The SOW and ST-56 are a couple of my favorite Recurves.
 
I think most have been mentioned. I think I've got examples of all of those ... also a unique one-off -- a combination BIBB/FBM beast Jerry sold me years ago. It's a wicked piece, indeed.

Great! Thanks a lot so far. I love recurves btw :) Please allow me to limit my search for production runs. So far I only see

- Mofo/Mojo
- Killa Zilla (counts as a recurve for me)

I am not sure about the others mentioned. Were they production runs? E. g. Silent Knight, ST Ripper, SOW, Bolo, FBM Bowie and Jungle Assault?

Not really. Even the Jungle Assault and SOW were limited events -- the SOW being a Christmas thing.

There's another recurve that only exists as a prototype in Satin. Small -- maybe 5" blade. Not many out here. Can't recall the name at the moment.

I'm guilty of loving recurves. if I ever get a stable income I think I'm hinting down a few. SOW, EU Mojo, FBM Bowie Proto, etc... Not really a Bolo fan but id toss one if I could.
 
Awesome Wayne, thanks for sharing them. The one with the sharpened cut out wedge on the spine I have never seen before. Really different :)

Thanks for the PM... you brought me out of my hiddy hole. :)

That cut out wedge is called a band breaker if I remember correctly.
And I'm guessin' that one is an early, early Jungle Assault... but don't know for sure.
