Do you know if these will fit a Springfield Armory Micro-Compact 1911 ACP?

Doubtful. They fit full-size and Commander-sized grip frames. Officer's size is shorter and might have different gripscrew hole configuration.

They are sweet.

What thickness are these? Standard grip screws or do they need bushings?

Calipers put them at .290" on average.

Don't know about the screws/bushings question as I've not installed them on anything.

Perhaps someone else can chime in here.
