Mike
Took my BF 9 to the woods this weekend. Used it to quarter 2 deer. The axe we were going to use wasn't sharp enough. After chopping through bones, etc. there are a few scuffs on the blade and two small rolled over spots on the blade. These came out with about a dozen passes on a steel. The edge is not "hair poppin" anymore but it is still sharper than most. If it continues to hold up as well I think I have a winner.
