Busse sale to Australia

Planning to Order the grey finish , with black and green g10 scales . Just need a leather sheath after that for it.

You folks in Australia sure do get absolutely killed on Shipping costs.

I am best guessing that the two words that you never get to see together in a sentence would be FREE & SHIPPING.
 
There are no issue getting Busse knives into Aus. High postage I can live with. It's the knives you really want listed in the Exchange that read "Will Only Post within the US" that gives you the sheats :)

Use a mail forwarder, thats what I do :)

yup , exactly. Or they pm you and say they will ship it to you , but the price has gone up by $250 usd plus shipping compared to what they were gonna sell it for in the USA :rolleyes:

I'm sure something could be arranged if you boys need a us address for items off of the exchange.
 
Yeah I've had a few very generous members in the USA offer to have my items posted to them and on sent to oz , for some other things I want. It's nice to know I'm part of a community that's willing to do things like that for me :) I just didn't appreciate the $250 usd markup one seller deliberately tried to throw in there for the privilege. I don't mind throwing you a bit of extra cash if I can afford it , for your time and effort , help you out with your family , or get you a bottle of your favourite drink to repay the favour , but $250 USD extra ? Sorry , outta my price range and makes the transaction not worth it.
 
I'm having a problem with the busse website , it says to choose my finish , I do , and the g10 handle scales I want , but I pick the colour of the blade finish I want , pick my handle scales , and it won't let me proceed , it tells me I need to pick the colour of the blade finish?
 
I really want a simple sale . I kinda don't get why I have to jump through hoops to buy what I work my ass off to pay for , and have the money for. And I don't wanna hear the busse mystique thing either.

If the website is not working for you (I have not used it as yet either) why don't you list out all your details and those of what you want and e-mail it to Lexi as suggested and she will get it squared away for you without an issue. She went to some kind of school or training or indoctrination or is a member of some cult that makes sorting out customer problems seem like child’s play. She will get you taken care of.

Yeah I'll get it sorted . I'm off to pemberton for Easter , leaving Thursday and coming back next Monday , so not sure how much internet I'm gonna have

Shipping costs are not too bad. As lesshype posted we only pay taxes/duties/tariffs/dues/blood money if we pass that $1,000 mark.

I once had a package leave the US valued at USD 900. That was AUD 950. During the week it took to get here our dollar dropped so far Customs decided that USD 950 was now AUD 1030. A shift in currency cost me about $250......
Lucky I buy knives worth less than $1000 for now ! ;)

Me too. I've got an RMD sitting at mine at the moment in a warehouse in Nevada, soon to be joined by a Sykco 711. Drop me a line and you could get it shipped there at a fraction of the cost and then come across with my gear, and I can forward it on to you in Perth.

If you're on ABF I'm Nighthawk_650 over there as well.
