Just got a SAR-4 LE(#121) in the mail today, knife is in new condition. Upon close inspection of the left side blade flat it appears there are some very fine machine marks (head of a needle size) that are evenly spaced along the blade. I couldn't get them to show in the pic, but figured I'd mention this in case you are considering this as a safe queen. This is a gorgeous knife, however it wasn't what I expected it to be.
