New and not carried or used to cut anything. A great knife but just not quite what I'm after. Some slight marks from the kydex. Price is $400 + shipping & insurance - I recently paid just under $450 to ship it here (Australia) with the sheath from the Busse Company Store and I'm happy to ship international if your prepared to pay the costs.
