New, never used SYKCO 460 in Elmax. Somehow I ended up with 3 or 4 of these. 
Back in the trough for this one.
The Elmax is awesome steel and these are fantastic slicers. Very well designed knife.
First I'll take it gets it... price is SOLD shipped insured.
