Busse, Swamp Rat, Rat, Scrapyard???

Can someone tell me the difference between all of these outfits.

busse is just busse, but scrapyard is made by busses brother in law or something with the scraps from busses shop? Rat and Swamp Rat or they related, used to be one, just have rat in the name.

A nice definition of the ownership and history of these would be nice, anyone know for sure?

Jerry's Wife is the (titular?) head of Swamp Rat, and his Brother runs Scrap Yard.

RAT cutlery is a completley seperate entitiy from any of the bisse affiliated brand and is another option for a great hard use knife on a budget.
