Busse Tattoo?

I'll be drawing this weekend. Right now, this scumbag has to go make facilities safe and functional for a few thousand students.

Thinking about this one for a hog tat...

Going to put it on my chest so I can pound on it like a tough guy!!

I would consider getting a Busse knife tattoo. I like big pieces though, so it may have to be a battle mistress. ;)

And since this thread is worthless without pics...

Here's my back before my sleeves were done:

And my left sleeve when she was fresh:

Do I qualify as a scumbag? I know the wife beater makes me look like one, but I only wore it for the tattoo session.
Usually, it's a shirt and tie and people call me "DOCTOR"!

By the way, I chose these two pieces out of my multitude of work since Geoff McCann did both:

Soulrack223: sweet tat bro. Yep, you are a scumbag with the rest of us. :p

BTW: Is that blood or BBQ sauce on your wife beater? Blood = 5pts and BBQ = 50pts on the scumbag rating scale. :D

I'm a big fan of the classic black and white tats, my Grandfather has a black and white shark on his arm looks awesome.

All of my tattoos are black and grey except for my left arm. (Left Hand Path is more colorful was the thought behind it.) I love good black and grey tattoos the most for their detail. My 2 rib pieces and my right sleeve are killer examples of black and grey.

(Oh, and did I mention the PhD?)

what is your PhD in?

you'll only regret getting tattoo's if your the kind of person who regrets things, and if its a design that you will regret. if you get something that doesn't hit any core "omg" sensors in you (or other people (and only if you care about other peoples opinions)), then theres nothing to regret. unless your spending money you don't have.

I thought about getting a busse tattoo, but ended up with 18" ang khola's, taken directly from an HI 18" ak that I had at the time. The fbm wasn't out, I didn't have a moab, and I felt that the ang khola had more history, was closer to the core symbolism of a knife being your means of survival and living, that connection with tools and human life.

Had I had a ffbm at the time, I would have considered using that a little more strongly.

In the old days, tattoos were for scumbags.

also, in the "old days" tattoo's were for cultural practices, significance, and sailors who were able to come into contact with them.

edit: didn't see progunners previous statements until now

Check your history 'afterhours' tattoos were originally a designation of status, and the more you had the higher status you were in the tribe. In fact there are tribes (using the word tribe to designate different cultures in this case) that would not allow women to bear children until they went through a rite of passage.

Tattoos can be anything from a good form of self expression to a tie to your own past.

In this case I say bring on the Busse designs and let the HOGS go wild!!!

Alright guys, still bickering after I warned to keep this on track? Stick to the intent of the OP and stop the back and forth with the trolling comments.
