Hi guys!

I don't have much to show here, but just wanted to share a little bit of TGLB love here!
I had one of the greatest weekends in a while. Went camping, and tenting with my dog. Spent good time with family and went fishing etc.

One of the hardest things to decide when you "go out" is to choose your knife. This time I wanted to go with just one knife.

(prior to weekend)

So I was spending some time and noticed a fresh but fallen tree (storm perhaps).. and decided to give a little bit of testing.

It's not much, but I hope you like it. :)
I wish I had proper camera so that I could do a little more extensive videos on this knife. I did this with phone, as I managed to get it stay in one spot for the chopping.

Awesome video man! Those chips were flying! She bites deep when you choke back. Very impressive........thanks for posting!

It chops really well for a <8" blade, wow !
How is the balance on the TGLB, I imagine with the milled out handle its is somewhat blade-heavy ?

Thanks guys!
It's pretty balanced knife. Balances right about at the choil.
I have narrowed the edge quite a bit for myself. I haven't seen any performance issues on wood by doing that.

Nice. Great choice for a 'just one' knife, I would and will choose the same. Never underestimate the chopping ability of a TGLB.

Great video! I didn't realize the TGLB chopped that good. I'm getting one and I'm gonna ground off the guards like Safetyman..

Took mine out right after I got it and did the same thing. Was pleasantly surprised at how quickly it chopped through a branch about the same size. I no longer feel the need for a much heavier hatchet in the backpack when out hiking. The TGLB will do the job of a chopper and survival all-purpose knife quite nicely. Plus, I can carry a spare firestarter in the Spec Ops sheath smaller pouch. :D

They oughta be pulling the funds for my TGLB here soon. Can't wait to go do some choppin.

WHY DO I NOT OWN ONE OF THESE YET? You guys need to quit showing cool videos and pictures of this blades coolness.

Thanks a lot guys! Yeap, nothing more fun than putting your knife to use! :D

Great video! Thanks for sharing it!!

The TGLB is a GREAT all-rounder!!!

If you think it chops good now.......once the coating is off and you thin it out behind the edge some.......it eats wood like a mini chainsaw!

That's for sure!
I was also considering to uncoat the knife, but I sorta like it now looking like crap.. in good way! :D
And I like to leave it dirty.
