Busse vs strider

Normark like you said it is just a point I wouldnt spend that kind of money to gamble with a warranty but just curious about it.One person was actually helpful with the story of someone shooting a rat 6 and it was replaced. thats the kind of info i honestly wanted. Those ideas I posted about are just ideas. I recently bought a BM osborne made of D2 a month ago.Thats not that much money compared to a busse or strider but it still doesnt have a scratch on it (because its my first $110 knife) but the feel of actual quality makes me want more the best(busse strider) seem to be the best. I want a FB that if it chips bends dulls or whatever that it could be restored or replaced and it allmost sounds like a dream knife with busse.I saw this video and was kind of impressed with strider it is a long video that has about 7 parts to it. Each part with new abuse. I watched 1-4 and wow still sliceing threw cardboard.http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=U-KpXhfsVc0

Just for clarity those were both Swamp Rat's and yes, we did replace both of them. The Battle Rat was shot twice, the first shot didn't completely kill it ;)

:D:D

Actually, it broke the next day. It was batoned for 8 hours with by a hard pipe wrench against the soft back of the Swamp Rat, and still lived.
Here's the thread:

It only weakened it enough to get it to break the next DAY, but go ahead.....
BUY STRIDERS!
(avoid swamp rats, scrapyard knives and Busses, PLEASE!)
PS.... Eric, you are awesome!

Thanks Guys, I couldnt find the darned post but I knew someone purt a hurtin on one of those fine knives! Thanks for clarifying for me.:D.
