Busse Warranty Experience

What receipt? Every knife I've ordered did not come with one. My wife even really thinks INFI is a good deal at $25 per knife!

I hope my wife does not find out they went up! :D

Oh, I forgot. I did have to return one of Amy's custom cardboard FedEx sheaths because it wasn't taped properly, which allowed the blade to move around, causing the edge to be covered in tiny bits of cardboard!

I received a new, fully-taped, tight-fitting one back from Wauseon in under a week!

Thanks, Amy!

I've had one of the handle fasteners cracked on my ergo knife. This might have been due to the previous owner doing strange things with it. I sent it to Wauseon and got it back a week later. All three tubes were replaced with new ones and the edge received free sharpening. Great service and a top notch warranty

I was contemplating the pruchase of a BM-E that had been modified to a clip point by Bill Sigel (sp). I contacted Garth and crew to inquire about the knife's warranty. Since the blade had been midified by sources outside Busse (although an awesome source = Bill) I had the feeling that the warranty, at least on the blade, would be null and void. I was right. And this only makes since. But the Busse crew rated Bill's work very highly (to assure me). I did not purchase that BM-E as I really prefer the drop point. I recieved very prompt responses so as to be able to let the seller know my decision. I was very pleased with the customer service.

Good people! ;)
