Nice little .22 there. I bet that thing is scary quiet. Slide movement is probably the loudest thing coming outta that pistol.

Proud, says you?..... You ought to be, says I. Hope that you've got some sweet leather rig to go with that pair. Sounds like a great "woods walk" duo.....
Fixed it for ya and Thanks,Where the important item?......a Busse blade. The thread is titled Busses and guns.....not guns. Nice 91 by the way.
Here's an oldie but goodie, It took me years to get this 91 all together and it's all german made and hasn't been fired out side of the factory thus far. My old beater 91 is for that. There are some rare accessories on this one.
Sorry buddy how's this,and Thanks.

Yeah they can be. My stainless one is not too bad but that blued one is so tight it is a pain. I have had it broken down several times and still not gotten much easier to break down. I have been slowly rebuilding both of these. I am very close to done with both. So far I have replaced their magazine disconnects with Tandemkross hammer bushings, replaced the loaded chamber indicator with the Tandemkross filler,Volquarsten extractors and polished some internals. Really takes them up a level or two. There is a Magazine tune up vid on Youtube as well that I tried and worked great.Love my ruger Mk. It's a PITA to get apart and back together though.....

Thanks, the heavy bipod is the way to go as it puts no pressure on the barrel, and is quite easy in the traversing dept. I had the light bipod and fat forearm on it but went this way instead. I've shot this combo out to about 650yrds and it has worked quite well.Great trio 762. That 91 without optics is more to my liking. Very sweet. Looks like the one Al Pacino used in HEAT chasing Val Kilmer and Robert (you talkin to me) Deniro.
Ah, the ol' thumbnail breaker latch. Lol!
