After other posts/threads by other sellers, I feel compelled to help those brethren outside the US. I will state that Im totally green in international shipping and will NOT attempt to skirt any laws or do anything wacky. Im trying to get blades to folks that normally wouldnt get them. Whether they are not on BCS-Standard time and get skunked by Skunk or didnt have funds at the time or perhaps havent had a chance at some other blades b/c people put CONUS-only in their threads. (Which, admittedly, I have done up until this point.)
That said, Ive got some blades that I need to let go. Stuff I dont/wont/cant use that is cluttering up my INFI drawer. Im not looking to rake anyone over the coals. In fact, Id probably hold out for more in the US. But I know with VATs and shipping costs, yer gonna get hosed. So Im trying to keep that to a minimum. All are mint unless otherwise specified. In no particular order, we have:
Scrapyard SS4 with factory sheath - $220 + shipping Sold to Waterbuck
Swamp Rat Mini Mojo - $220 + shipping
Black Skeleton Warden - $190 + shipping
Satin Tiger Warden - $240 + shipping Sold to Waterbuck
Snakeskin/Tan Badger TAC - $290 + shipping Sold to Sandgrouper
Badger E with polished spine and Okuden sheath - $475 + shipping
BlacknTan Game Warden - $220 + shipping
BlacknGreen Game Warden - $220 + shipping
Combat Grade Argonne Assault - $1300 + shipping. (Some kydex wear and marks on knuckles. Im pricing it a bit high only b/c I dont wanna let it go. I may pull this one.)
Shipping Info:
First, NO US CUSTOMERS! Sorry. Im trying to help some folk out. I may put the remnants up for sale later.
Second, you should be a fairly-well known person on Bladeforums. Im not getting some guy that paypals me some $, claims he never got the shipment and busts me on PP and Im out my money AND my knife.
Third, you are responsible for the knife after it leaves my hands. I have no control youre your Customs agents taking your knife. I can and will insure it on my end. I dont think my insurance applies once it reaches your destination-country.
Fourth, Im gonna fill out the customs form as it should be. Ill list it as camping tools, but its getting insured for what the purchase price is. And labeled accordingly on customs forms as to value. No hanky. No panky. Sorry.
Lastly, sure Im open for (non-US) trades as well. Always very interested in custom-handled Busses if you have one. Or ABA-LEs.
Ive looked it over and it appears that Express International is a reasonable shipping method. It can be insured and will get to you in a week or less. The less time in the mail, the safer it should be. A 2lb box seems to cost between $30-40US depending on where you are. (Strangely, Australia is cheaper than the EU. Must be us colonies sticking together.)
Payment will be in US funds. Paypal is OK with +3.5%. Otherwise, I have no idea how to get $ from you to me. Im assuming you know how to do this.
Ill take it here wins all ties. PM is fine too for notifying me. Also email to djokeefeatcomcastdotnet (you know how to parse that, right?) is AOK. But Ill take it here is the deciding factor. PLEASE do that first. And be patient with me getting shipping materials and such. This is VERY new to me.
Thanks for looking. Will get pix up soon. Standard disclaimer, yada yada, reserve the right, yada yada.
