I got into the forge this weekend ,and finished these today.
#1 is a tribute to Bob Loveless. Drop point hunter with a 1095 blade , copper guard and cap, and oosik handle. The oosik came off of #2 photo.
#3 is a tribute to Richard Raymond and his knives from found materials. It is forged from a file (presumably 1095) ,guard is 10?? spring steel, and acorn nut is mild steel.Handle is some of Bill Moran's stag. Blade and fittings are etched in FC for 15 min.
#4 is a cutting contest knife with a warncliff blade, done in 1095. Handle is stag. Mosaic rivets and a thong tube.
All are differentially tempered and razor sharp.Photos are lousy - I got to set up my light box again.
