Hey there everybody! Today I have a new butcher knife ready to go. Designed for a customer who ordered two a couple of months back and inspired by a classic old one I have. Hope you like it!

Steel is 3/32 thick x 1 1/8” tall in A2 Tool Steel. HT at 60/61. Hand sanded to 600 grit for a satin finish. The edge was around .010” before sharpening and it balances at the front of the bolster.

Dimensions: 13” OAL, Tip to guard is 7 3/8” and cutting edge is 7 1/8”.

Steel bolsters and mesquite make up the handle, set off with red and yellow G10 spacers and mosaic pins, and accented with red opalite inserts. The handle is finished to 1200 grit, oiled and waxed.

Great! My PP is <redacted> with 2 c's. Please use G&S and don't write knife, blade etc in the description, just leave it blank. Make sure your address is up to date in PP please.
ETA don't respond to any emails you might get, it's not me!

I think it is done. It has been some time since I have used my PayPal account. I got burned a couple years ago here...
Let me know if it did not go through.
Thank you again, always enjoy seeing all of the talented people on here.

A 7-8". version would be well received.. Or either way on the spectrum! Great patterns work all size groups

Hi Nic Ramirez Nic Ramirez , so it happens I have it's twin waiting on the shelf for it's turn. I usually grind in pairs.

Hi J jfk1110 7-8" overall or blade length, This ones 7 3/8" blade. 7-8" OAL would look something like some steak knives I made last year.
