This ss blade is made by Dexter Russel Knife Co.. 3/32" stock ss,has a satin machine finish on it. These are thye blades professional butchers use.
This one has a pretty nice upgrade for a hanjdle. Stabilized full figured koa ,1/8" nickel silver pins.Finished out to a 600+ grit fnish. Nice n smooth but still plenty grippy. This is meant to be used.
It is 13-3/4" OAL,blade is 8.5" with an 8.25" cutting edge. Slicer sharp.
