Funny thing is David the best I have seen are the Taiwan knock offs. I hope someone steps up to the plate. I will bring in the knock offs under the Dragon Forge name but a better maker would be cool.

dan - The "Martial Folder" in our in "in-house" name for the Spyderco/Rekat rolling lock proto. It's not really a "series", just one model to "get in bed" with the lock on a short production run. "life without humor is no fun!"

Blades - they're coming out steadily, just not in big numbers. It's a very high quality labor intensive piece. Bob Lum's eye is critical. Please keep in mind that Bob Lum designed the original Cold Steel Tanto that began the Tanto niche. With hand finished "hamaguri" tip and hand finished titanium handle. It is truly a custom quality piece. Consequently, production is limited. Probably should move this rap to Bob Lum thread?

Sal,

I am using my sig file to leverage certain models into the average forumites Eye.

Hopefully, this way, the models won't die an early death.

Oh, and I corrected that part about the Martial Folder/Series, I had understood it was a series, kind of a MoD of Spyderco. Isn't that knife also maybe named the "Chinook"?????

Did you let something slip with the words "Pat Crawford Kasper design" is REKAT about to produce the KFF?
