Hi All

I have an ethical question: I an looking to buy the cold steel Laredo. My local dealer had them for $200, amazon has them for $150. Thinking of offering my dealer $170.

Similarly Paladin sells some books $10 above amazon. I appreciate Paladins efforts if not always their politics. Their customer service had been honest and helpful.

I don't appreciate Amazon's labor practices but I don't think there has been a mass drive to organize or boycott them so I don't know that I'm under an obligation to not shop there. Maybe I'll also check out Powell's online though.

What should I do?

Thanks.

P.S. Hope I'm posting this on the right forum; moderators feel free to move this if necessary.

Seems like if you are asking the question you already know what to do...

I don't have anyone I would consider "My Dealer" but if I did I might swing more business their way if I had a relationship with them.
