2) Is there any good source for Camillus knives? I'm looking for the Cuda Maxx and the Dominator.

Welcome to BF Marcus. I'll list a few reputable sellers. They don't always have the lowest prices on Earth but many folks will pay a few extra dollars to get a good dealer and great customer service. Beware of Da Bay and Chinese counterfeits.
