I'll be honest, these fakes have cut into my Spyderco buying. I only buy from reputable dealers, never on Ebay....but still worried that a fake will slip into my collection.

I found a Southard that is a little suspicious. The Spyder logo on the blade looks a little off, but the scales are brown and the lock bar is stone washed - what do you guys think?

Pretty sure it's real. The logo actually leads me to believe it is. The light is hitting such that it looks like that. Most if not all Taiwan spydies have the logo like that.
