It is !! Harass the hell out of him!! & Never give up........ Got him banned from Bladeauction, working on Ebay, telling everyone who he may come in contact with, etc.etc.It was partly my fault for sending them to him in the first place, but I have learned my lesson, now it is his turn.

Damn,that really sucks!
Sorry to hear about it.
Now I understand why dealers have to be so careful.
You have always been more than fair with me and I am sorry this happened to you.

Do you have an address for this clown.I go through Woodland a lot.

Hi Southernblood,

Sorry to hear about the raw deal. You can certainly contact eBay and have his selling/buying privileges there yanked (they'll need evidence, which it sounds like you have in doses), or at least post a lousy user rating and comment for him. (In fact, we all can...)

Also, can you clarify the bit about "Money Order came up stolen & I have sent another one"? Did you buy or sell knives w/this guy? If HE used a USPS money order by chance, then you can also contact USPS re: mail fraud.

Keep us posted, and let us know how we can help --

Glen

Thanks for everyone's concern. I really did not want to go into detail as it is quite a long story. I just wanted you guys to have a heads up on him! in a nut shell he bought 4 knives . suppose to have sent a money order and communicated several times after that to see if it had arrived. It was almost Christmas and he wanted them for(Presents?) I suggested he go to the post office & file a form for missing or lost M.O. He again contacted me and said that he was informed that it had been cash by someone & that the P.O. would replace the M.O. if he had filled out both the sender & payee info. in full, and that it was truely cashed by someone other than me. It was going to take up to 30 days to replace. He at this time was going to try to scrape up enough money to send another certified check so he could have them in by Dec.25th.Here is where I was STUPID!!! I felt bad & wanted to help, so I called him & we talked. He advised that he had gotten some cash & was going down to Post office to send it out Priorty mail. I went ahead & sent the knives....(dumb ass me in Christmas Spirit) Needless to say No Money, No Phone Calls , No E-mail response, Would not answer my calls, or Letters. Then found out he ahd tried this with others & still is! I am out $800+ & I learned a value lesson! Never let your personal feelings get in the way of good business practice(money before ship) Case in point.
As to his address I have it, but I am hoping that the word gets out & he may have te balls to contact me & be a man and take care of his business.
Thanks again for the concern on my behalf, but I am not asking for that.I will get my revenge! You just keep and eye out for him, and DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID.

Guys like that really piss me off. I have dealt with southernblood on several occasions. Southernblood is a really outstanding guy. It is a shame that someone would take advantage of someones trust. I am thankful for the heads up. I'll be looking out for this guy.

Boy that is an odd name. I ran it thru the California directories this morning and came up blank. Looks more like an alias to me. I'll keep checking. My hunch is that this character wanted them for persomal use or will auction them off. I've been checking the knife forums for them.

Southernblood....it's a shame that one should be taken to the cleaners by such deceit. I've only been with bf for a cpl months and at first was concerned about sending $$ to an unknown seller but I have met nothing but fine folks here. With that being said your post is a dose of 'reality', an open door policy in a forum such as this has its risks and reminds me not to get too comfortable to those I don't 'know'. Thanks for your cautionary notice and I hope your deceiver can receive a just reward....soon.

Jeff,

I am truly sorry to hear about this. You are a super guy to deal with and don't deserve this. I had to use the Postal Inspectors once and finally got my money back, they don't mess around. Maybe we should all send him an E-mail. I am going to.

As of Jan. 18, 2000 Nothing!! ......No response what so ever. He is happy now because he thinks it is over & he has won the game...NOT
Thanks to all who express their concerns.
