Buying auto knives from EU sellers

Hi guys, hope you're all well.

I've been meaning to buy some AGA Campolin knives, which are hard to find in stock within US sellers. However, most EU based sellers like knife shop stock them. However, I am concerned that if I order from an EU seller, I could be prosecuted under the switchblade act for attempting to import an auto knife.

Does anyone have any experience with something like this? Is there a way that I would be able to order without legal trouble?
 
The rules of this forum greatly limit discussion of this topic, so I will only say the following- there is no way to import a switchblade into the US that would not violate the Federal Switchblade Act. Even if it were disassembled, or if it had no spring installed, it would still be a violation of the Act.

Whether or not the Feds would prosecute is another matter. But the rules of THIS forum require all such discussions to conform to the letter of the law.
