I bought a Queen slip joint for $22 last week. Actually a pretty darn nice knife with a 4in D2 blade. Gotta stay away from those itch scratchers for a while so I can afford a Buck Mayo.
My itch scratching days are almost over. Everytime I look at an assortment of my inexpensive ones, I can't help but thinking about what custom I could have gotten for the same valuation of the group, sometimes with the custom costing even less.
I tend to gravitate towards Benchmade and Spyderco. However, I don't consider them to be "cheap". They are well made knives that can be had for reasonable prices.
