Has anyone here had any dealings with an E-bay dealer that goes by user name buyknivesonline. They appear to sell a lot of knives and have good feedback (99.7). The problem I am having, is with a "buy it now" purchase I made through their e-bay store on 2/25. I have had no contact with them at all since I placed the order. They don't answer e-mails and have not returned a phone call placed earlier today. Just was wondering if anyone here new anything at all about this dealer.

To update the above post. Contact was made with the dealer and everything seems to be back on track.

I've been trying to order a Buck knife from their online store (http://buyknivesonline.com/) for two months now without success...I keep getting an error message when I hit the "Submit" [order] button...

I tried emailing, but no response except an automated "we got your email" message...

Don't see a phone number on their site, either...

What was it you did to get their attention???
 
Hello Trax,

They contacted me after I requested their contact information from e-bay. E-bay sends them an e-mail that lets them know that they are giving me their information and at the same time they give them my contact information.

An update on this dealer - After tracking down their username on eBay, I was able to send them an email through a knife auction on eBay (not the knife I wanted), and they did respond, both through eBay and regular email. They told me that they were having a problem with the order form on their site and to try again. I did; this time I got as far as the "Please return to our site to complete your order", at which point I again got an error message. But since I now had their email address, I was able to contact them and they did receive the CC order. The knife was every bit as nice as I expected, and the price was excellent.

I would not hesitate to order from them again, as they seem quite decent, just maybe a bit inexperienced in online order management.
