I have three G-10 Cara Caras, one with the half-serrated edge, and two with plain edges. During a weekend excursion, I dropped one in the mud. It had to be disassembled in order to clean it. During the process, I lost two of the Torx screws that hold the G-10 handle to the frame. So I go to the website on the box, www DOT byrdknives DOTcom and it forwards me to the Spyderco website. I sent an E-mail to the customer service department asking where I could obtain the necessary screws, and have recieved no reply. The E-mail was sent eight days ago. I resent the E-mail, and am still waiting. Any suggestions?

I know the Spyderco W&R department has been a bit busy (and short-handed) lately. However, have you tried simply giving them a call?

Yeah, I wrote them regarding the liner lock issue with my raven, and have not heard back from them. I will give them a few more days before I rant about it, but I am hoping they are efficient dealing with this.

A few months ago I emailed them asking if I could purchase replacement bronze washers and lock spring for a Cara Cara. I got a reply a couple days later saying they do not carry replacement parts for the Byrd line.
