Byrd packaging?

I've a newbie question here.
I notice on some videos and pictures the byrd knives come in a small white box.but i ordered a byrd cara frn on9 and it came with a green hang type packaging.is this normal or not?

Do you mean it came in plastic packaging that you can hang in a wall display in a store?

If so; it probably is right. They do sell some knives in that plastic, often called blister pacs.

Yup, that is normal. All of the later Byrds are blister packed.
