I'm not sure if this has been covered before, but does anyone know if there will be a Byrd made of H1? For the money, I really like many of the Byrd knives and would like to see some made with the H1 steel.

I have no information whatsoever, but I would guess not. So far, all Byrds have been made in China from Chinese steel. The idea seems to be low price point, not product innovation.

I highly doubt H1 will ever be used in the Byrd line, but then again, I was surprised when the titanium Catbyrd was released.

I'd like to see Byrd knives offered in an assortment of coloured FRN, though... I think it would spark quite a bit of interest.

Byrds with colored FRN handles would be a great idea. I would also like to see more Byrds with the wire clips.
