It's the top knife in the first picture. It would be perfect except the handle is a bit longer than I prefer (I have very small hands) so I'm going to pass it on. If you have ave, med or large hands it will be just right. It came to me in mint condition and it still is.
It does come with a sheath, but the sheath has some scuffs and "drawer marks" (it came to me that way). It's not a great sheath for such a nice knife, but it is fully functional. The first one to post "I'll take it" here get's it, but please follow up with a PM as well. was 135.00-> NOW 130.00 shipped and Paypaled anywhere in the US. Money order is fine too.
