C.Gray Taylor English Bowie. 12-3/4" OAL , blade measures 8" with 7.25" of cutting edge. 3/16" thick 440C ss . Engraved by Don Davis. Ebony handle with mother of pearl inlays. Scabbard is ebony with a pearl inlay ( has a crack in the pearl,see first pic.). SS guard ,not sure of the scabbard hardware or bolster materials. Condition is pre owned,good condition. Built in the late 1970's . Initials of the original gentleman who commissioned this are on the ricasso, individual unknown. This is quite a find ,offered here at $750. includes shipping in the States & Paypal fee's too. Also,the heavy canvas storage case with leather accents,pictured,is included.
