To Sal and fellow members. Here is the email I just sent to Spyderco Customer Service when my REX45 Native Chief arrived with the wrong pocket clip (no hole):
Chase,
Today I received the package you sent, reference your invoice #
295875A Date 09/26/22
I am 60 years of age. I am so very impressed by your (Spyderco's)
commitment to customer service. Very few organizations respond and act
on customer concerns/requests these days - seems a thing of the past.
Not only did you answer my need for the correct pocket clip for my
REX45 Native Chief, you included a satin black clip, two sets of
screws, one set in black, and this gorgeous little torque key wrench
which I love, and of course locktite.
This high level of customer service, executed by persons such as
yourself is why my wife and I have owned and used Spyderco knives for
over 20 years. Were we not retired and living on a meager budget we
would surely like to enjoy other Spyderco models.
We will certainly continue to ensure all of our family and friends,
all who hunt and enjoy the outdoors of northern Alberta - invest in
your fine Spyderco products.
