And where, pray tell, did they manage to fit your collector number on this beauty?

I like it. Will it be available to us lowly non-Spydie-club ELUs? When I first read the description and saw the Almite reference, I thought "that CAN'T be aluminum," but I see to my amazement it is so. Sheesh, that's nifty. Do me a favor and say they're all gone so I can keep saving for that Starmate

What is the "R" based on? I mean, is is a skeletonized Calypso, Delica, or such? Well, I guess it can't be a Delica, considering the choil integration with the blade and handle. What is it?

Sal, Great design. It feels good in you hand.
I will get another to carry. It has the good feeling of the Endura with a little weight added. Definitely a step up from the "Q". They put my collector number on the spine of the blade.

How did you get such close up detail with your digital camera? What camera did you use? My fiancee's father and I tried to take some pics of some of my knives and couldn't get very close it seemed. He has an excellent Kodak camera it seems but I don't know diddly about digital photography.
