I just finished this custom order :)

4 1/2" blade lenght in cable damascus (1085), mokume guard with two decorated pins made of cable and epoxyed rope for the handle.

Great knife!! I'm always amazed at what you can use to make a knife, and make it look very good. BTW, looks like you changed your signature/marking on the blade. :thumbup:

Yeah dude, I just read "$50 Knife Shop" by Wayne Goddard, seems this cable damascus is good stuff to boot. That rope handle really does blow me away too.

Ariel, that is some awesome creative work there my friend! What epoxy did you use on the handle? I may just have to set this one to wallpaper for a while.:thumbup:
 
very cool, i missed the text and the first picture at first and thought the handle was some kind of horn until i looked closer

Hand made leather cow, sewn with a dyed rope strand. Soft leather inner lining.
Mokume decoration.
