Hand forged from new, never used 1 1/8" high carbon cable, this chef knife has a 6 3/4" (170mm) edge, is 11 11/16" (296mm) overall, and features a hamon. Blade width is 1 5/8" (41mm), with a thickness 1/16" (2mm). I have composition info for the steel if needed.
The handle is figured walnut with dark red G10 liners and stainless steel pins.
The knife comes packaged in a padded zippered pouch.
I'm asking $215, was $275, through PayPal, which includes shipping, insurance, and a warranty.
