I forged out some cable damascus a while ago, and because I used cable that I salvaged, I was not sure how well it would harden. I had the piece laying around for some time until I decided to make san mai with it. I used Cruforge V for the core steel, because I know that stuff cuts like the dickens. The flats are left with the forge scale on them, because I like how it looks.

The handle is jigged bone. I jigged it myself and aged it to provide nice contrast. I really like this stuff and have been using it quite a bit. It is held in place with pins and G-Flex epoxy. It is a comfortable 3 finger grip.

The sheath is 8-9oz hand tooled leather from Wickett and Craig. The knife slides in nicely and holds securely.

Dimensions
Blade - 3 5/8" tip to handle
OAL - 7 1/8"

Price - $200 shipped to US. I prefer paypal, but will accept check or money order.

The first to post here "I'll take it!" gets it.
