Gonna have to grab some of those black handled steak knives. My wife has been buggin me about getting a few new steak knives for entertaining her fancy friends. The say black is a timeless classic right?

I'm liking Number 16, however since it's not a normal blade shape, how would I go about getting a sheath for it? Would any of the makers here have that pattern, or would I have to send it to them? Kydex is fine.

Sheathmakers will not have a pattern for every Custom Shop variant that the drunken grinding monkeys can dream up. Leather is more tolerant of slight variations than Kydex. Your best route is probably to pick your sheathmaker first, and then discuss options second.
