  • Today marks the 24th anniversary of 9/11. I pray that this nation does not forget the loss of lives from this horrible event. Yesterday conservative commentator Charlie Kirk was murdered, and I worry about what is to come. Please love one another and your family in these trying times - Spark

It really is just personal preference and needs.

Tinker has backside phillips and I love the small blade of 91mm, which I use 80% of the time. Meanwhile, Cadet has a nail file which could double as a phillips driver in a pinch, but loses the awl/phillips/small blade. Why not wait till Thanksgiving/Christmas, and you probably could get them both at some discount?

Cadet all the way for me. I love the trouble free alox, flatter, stronger. No worry about certain solvents melting the cellidor. I've had the back mounted Philips of the tinker bend the liners unscrewing a rusty license plate. If I need a toothpick, I'll whittle one. If I get a splinter, theres a Vic tweezers in my wallet, with a safety pin to dig it out of need be.

Second blade >> nail file for me. Comparing the Tinker to the Pioneer would be a much harder choice because the awl >>> nail file.
