He made knives in the 1970 - 1975 era. Some are shown in 'Knives and Knifemakers' book by S Latham.

Jim was a popular maker in the early to mid 70's.from Liverty Miss.Made hunter,skinners,and fighters usually with hidden tang construction.He was known for using local southern hardwoods in his handle costruction.

I had two of Jims knives in my collection but sold them in the early 80's.They were well made with excellent fit and finish.

I haven't heard that name is a lot of years. He was a well respected maker. Mike
