I suggest that you consider adding $20 to the order to get an extra sheath sent with the CAK. This would be the Kami Medical Emergency Fund sheath, with the full $20 going to a special fund to help the Kamis who work at the HI facilities in Nepal.

The sheath appears in the 3 photos by alexs in this thread. It's a good sheath to use in the field (or strapped to a pack) when you don't want the work-of-art Nepalese sheath to get muddy, wet, or scratched up.
