Calculating Cabochon Prices

I always thought that calculating cabochon prices would be something like this:

Small Unique with Sapphire Inlay: $470.00 + $25.00 = $495.00
Large Unique with Almandine: $525.00 + $14.00 = $539.00

Am I wrong?

Also, ChrisReeve.com doesn't list prices for Gold Sapphire, Paua Shell, and Hematite inlays. What are the prices for these?
 
Post the question directly on the CRK website and you should the answer from the horses mouth. :D
