I'd be interested in hearing anyone out on this too. Though asking how a steel performs without any specifications on heat treat is going to be a bit tricky. HT makes the steel.
 
With all the steels presently available in knives, I have to believe that none of those offer anything that's not already available.
 
More tough than D2
Less wear resistant than 3V , Cruwear or Sleipner by a little but still in this class of steel. Probably a little cheaper if prices are figured in similar size buys.
